My name is Genesis Shine and I run the number one marketing boutique, IknoCulture Media exclusively catering to community engaging organizations and creatives! We believe that supportive and resource rich communities builds innovative and inclusive leadership for the future. 

I spent my childhood between cities, states, parents, fosters and new schools every year, sometimes twice a year. During my time in the foster care system, I was privileged to reside in homes that varied in culture, access to resources and wealth and language. 

From this I learned that although people are very different we're also quite the same once our communication barriers are removed. We all have gifts that connect us and build the community when we understand our personal shine. I've created a company that caters to helping upward mobility by promoting positive imagery, producing interactive engagement opportunities and using our expertise to train and develop resource rich leadership.
